What is the maximum capacity for events?
The Franco on 5th venue allows access to the lower level of the historic building; additionally, you may contract for use of it’s generous outdoor space. For seated service indoors, we can accommodate 40 to 60 guests. However, we can accommodate 80+ guests for events that do not require seated indoor service (i.e., tray pass, light hors-d'oeuvre, or social event style). Please contact your event coordinator to design the seating and/or guest accommodations that you desire.
What is the standard rental fee? What is the rental period?
The standard rental fee is $1,000.00 for an event. The rental fee includes venue set-up, event duration, and basic cleaning fee, all as agreed upon by client and management at the time the contract is signed.
What is included in the per person pricing on the Franco on 5th Sample Menu?
The per person cost, when the minimum number of guests is met, includes the use of the venue, furniture set-up, china, silverware, glassware and the menu as described. Servers, tax and gratuities are not included in the cost. Add-ons are available to enhance your event. Inquire with your event coordinator.
Does the venue have chairs and tables? What other add-ons are available?
Franco on 5th has chairs and tables, and is outfitted with a bar and lovely window sitting area. Additionally, heat lamps, canopies, linens, china, stemware, and flatware are available for rent.
What is Franco on 5th’s catering policy?
Franco on 5th is home to the acclaimed chefs of Indulge Contemporary Catering. With menus to meet every budget, Indulge Contemporary Catering is the solely licensed and insured caterer at the venue. On rare occasion, Franco on 5thmakes allowances for known chefs to serve in the facility when proper documentation is provided. Please inquire.
Is parking available near the venue?
Fifth Avenue has generous street parking and nearby paid parking lots.
